Dr. Santora is from Slocomb Alabama, where he graduated from Slocomb High School as Valedictorian of his class. He enjoys spending time with family, watching baseball and football, and has always had a passion for the outdoors. Dr. Santora played two years of college baseball at Southern Union State Community College where he earned an Associates of General Science degree. He then transferred to the University of South Alabama where he met his lovely wife, Mady, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science. He continued his education at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry where he completed
the Doctor of Medical Dentistry program.

Dr. Santora has completed countless continuing education courses in Cosmetic Dentistry, Botox, Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, and Oral Surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, the International Association of Dental Research, the American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Santora has received awards for excellence in Prosthodontics, a Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Restorative Dentistry, an achievement award from the American Association of Endodontics, an award of excellence from the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, and an award from the Pierre Fauchard Academy for outstanding academic achievements in the field of dental research.

Dr. Santora accredits his small-town upbringing for his now compassionate need to help others. He has organized and helped fund many different community service events benefitting local foster children, the homeless community, and provided dental services on mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
